Tenant Fit-Outs and Commercial Renovation
Cyrus can help you repurpose an existing space for a new tenant, or modernize a current tenant’s existing facility.
Build-to-Suit
Having experience building projects in which the lease is dependent on the project meeting lessee specifications, including with national credit tenants, Cyrus is prepared to work with commercial and residential tenants of various sizes and needs.
Design-Build
The Design-Build concept creates a single source responsible and accountable for all the work on a project and eliminates some of the challenges often associated with traditional design-bid-build methods. This collaborative approach can also allow for the lower cost of design and construction procurement, as well as minimizes the risk of future change orders.
